We will never ask you to send money through the mail or to a third party in order to lift any kind of restriction on your account. If you receive a suspicious communication like this — whether by mail, email, phone, or text — please contact us immediately before taking any action.
What You Should Do:

Priority Credit Union’s Promise of Excellent Service to You!
“We will strive, daily, to exceed member expectations. To provide a level of service simply not found at other financial institutions. To deliver on this promise, we will leverage our processes and make the investments necessary to provide the reliable financial technology that our community expects. Whenever and however our members need us, we deliver with friendly member service, quality products and competitive deposit and loan rates.”
Priority Credit Union is working diligently to better our services and tools available to our members. Our goal is to provide you with amazing service. While taking care of your banking needs we would like for you to enjoy your encounter so much that it doesn’t feel like a chore or task. With that being said we have decided, as a team, to greatly improve our areas of expertise and increase our knowledge to provide a more valuable interaction when you call us or come to one of our branches.
Our first step is this very website that you are on. We’ve recognized that our old website was outdated and no longer user-friendly. Our new website combines utility and modernization to enhance your experience with every click. We hope you enjoy using it as much as we did creating it, thank you Omnicommander!
Priority Credit Union is also currently certifying several of its employees, with help from CUNA, as professional Financial Counselors and by 2020 hopes to be scheduling appointments. Counseling will be free to all PCU members. We are excited to offer this free service to our members and our employees are looking forward to working with all of you!
Another initiative we are working on is credit union-wide training. Beginning September 4th Priority Credit Union will change its Wednesday operating hours. By separating this time for our employees we can ensure proper training and cohesion, so that we can offer you the best and most consistent experience every time. All branches will open their doors from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. The Main Office Drive Thru will open at 10:00 am and close at 5:30 pm. You can still use any of our ATM’s or Night Drop locations.
We appreciate your understanding; we believe that the benefits to our membership will far outweigh the inconvenience of being closed a few hours on Wednesday mornings.
Please contact us at prioritycu@prioritycu.org if you have any questions or concerns.
Thank you,
PCU Family
